This book has released me from the grips of OCD. It is so well argued and lucid that I have now just finished reading it for the 247th time. Tremendous.

Highly recommended for OCD sufferers. Dr. Grayson is on the Scientific Advisory Board of the Obsessive Compulsive Foundation and is located in Philadelphia (Bala Cynwyd, PA)

Dr. Grayson’s book is an excellent explanation and plan on dealing with OCD. He puts his explanations into such insightful terms I would wonder if he somehow knows what I’m thinking!

I’ve read practically all the self-help OCD books out there and this one is the creme de la creme. It is the only one that truly resonates with me and has helped me to change. I continue to use it in therapy. So many therapists have not been trained to treat OCD properly so this is essential reading for therapists (before they do go ahead and get trained properly

As a therapist treating mostly adults with OCD, I have found this book the most comprehensive of all of them. It gets at the fundamental flaw of OCD thinking which is the intolerance of uncertainty. Explains things very thoroughly,and his reasoning can be applied to just about all forms of the disease.
