Anxiety comes in different forms and is slightly different for everyone. If you feel that you do have anxiety, you should see a psychologist or a psychiatrist about it.

Well you know by being anxious for no reason at all & this feeling generates into fear of loosing control, going insane, & thoughts of impending doom such as *Am I catching a heart attack?* or *Will I go into cardiac arrest?* things like that & when this happens continuously you know you have a problem

The anxiety I suffered for years made me fearful, even terrified at times and for no really good reason. I did not trust others. I felt alone and isolated because no one else I knew suffered these things. My legs ached and pained, I felt washed out and useless, tired and lazy.

I hope you find help. Try to get a book by Dr. Archibald Hart, titled:
“The Anxiety Cure”. It can be found online at the used books stores.

God is your best Friend, why not give Him a chance with your life ?
